Experience:

Before joining New Ground in June 2013, Emma worked as a Quality Assurance Officer at Lloyds Banking Group based out of Chester in the UK. Before that Emma worked in a variety of administration roles, mainly within the financial sector in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Since starting her employment with New Ground in Project Support, Emma undertook many of our administration tasks such as organising travel logistics, managing New Ground’s Integrated Management System and completing the internal audits of company processes as well as working on many company finance tasks. From January 2015 onwards Emma took over as Operations Coordinator, joined the management team and looks after the day to day running of New Ground.

Passions & Hobbies:

Emma is passionate about animal welfare, global environmental issues and is working towards living a more sustainable lifestyle. In her free time, Emma enjoys gardening, cooking and reading but most of all loves weekends spent on the farm hanging out with the animals!
